No AirPlay function built into video player, and no PiP for iPad..

This app is ported from Android version obviously. You can AirPlay to Apple TV but the AirPlay function doesnt build into the player so when the screen is turned off the video will be paused. You can fix this by set Auto-Lock to "Never" but its just such a nuisance. If the biggest football club in the world could hire competent iOS developers... Sigh

For the new iPad app its unbelievable for a video app on iPad to NOT have Picture in Picture function. The guys who did this app just doesnt have a clue about iOS system.

And still, no Apple TV app!!!

Good news though, its now just $2.99 a month. Worth to have for some classic matches, on demand matches and youth matches if youre a big fan of the club.
